How can we use content to drive results when the customer is in control?

Consumers are bombarded by so many marketing messages that nothing gets through. People wait until they need information, and then search for it - the customer is in control. Because of this new reality, we need to make it easy for them to find us, and provide a way for them to talk about us. The best marketing is a conversation, so let’s make it easy for the conversation to take place.
