Book Recommendation [Beginner]: Object Technology - A Manager's Guide

All, This is a great beginner book for non-programmer's to get up to speed on object oriented design. I have used it as the basis for my "Intro to OOD" presentation that I've given to STC and others. It wisely teaches using a simple example that everybody "gets", the human body.
Anybody have any other recommendations???

Thanks Karen. That is exactly the type of resource we want to make group members aware of.

While not about OOD itself, a resource that I used a lot when I was first introduced to object-oriented programming was UML Distilled: A Brief Guide to the Standard Object Modeling Language by Martin Fowler. It provided a quick, simple introduction to UML, which I needed to be able to read to work most effectively with the programmers. Being able to write certain models - use cases (of course) and sequence diagrams in particular - myself was also useful.

As for other recommendations, it's been many years since I read books focused on OOD. I also recall reading articles in Dr. Dobbs and a couple of other publications.
