About Me:: I, along with my colleagues, provide professional services and solution architecture to techdoc and training organizations implementing single-source publishing, migrating to structured documentation like DITA and S1000D, implementing content management and other tools, etc. I've also developed (and have become an evalengist for) innovative strategies for information modeling designed specifically for technical documentation and training based on knowledge modeling standards like Topic Maps.

After serving as CTO of a CMS vendor overseeing technology design, development and implementation, I established Suite Solutions. The firm is based on my conviction that every organization deserves responsive and professional service, independent of software vendors. Our approach results in pragmatic process and technology solutions that meet requirements, are based on accepted standards and best practices, and make good business sense.
