At Option Six, I have led the production of quality online courses in technical and soft-skills training for Microsoft, Toyota, Eli Lilly, CDW, Open Text, InfoMentis, Check ‘n Go, and Papa John’s Pizza, among others. I have over 25 years of professional experience that includes technical writing and editing, academic publishing, adult education, corporate training, and courseware development in both print and online formats. I hold a master’s degree in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University, a master’s degree in English literature from the University of Illinois (with a focus on business and technical writing), and a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Indiana University.
