About Me:: Hi! I've been a technical writer for about 14 years, writing for several different companies and freelancing some as well. My experience has primarily been with software documentation, and my current employer, S1 Enterprise, is a provider of software to the financial services industry. We are in the midst of a major transformation, migrating from a FrameMaker/WebWorks model to a full-fledged content management strategy using AuthorIt. Exciting times for a tech writer!
