About Me:: I began writing user documentation in 1997. Fields have included software, hardware, and medical devices. Currently I'm writing Help and user guides for a CRM (database) product. My small team has successfully moved a few collections of files from FrameMaker and RoboHelp to Flare and actually published satisfactory deliverables. We are currently looking at moving to a topic-based architecture for new and revised deliverables.
