Hi, I am Tarun Mittal; I have recently joined Fiserv India as a Technical Writer. I have a total 5 years of work experience in Instructional Design and Technical documentation.

I have worked for clients such as Tekelec, Nokia, Wipro. My profile includes creation of Instructor-led trainings and Technical documentation. I have exposure in the Telecommunication, Information Technology, and Health Care domains.

I am a graduate in Information Technology. I am a certified Instructional Designer from Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning.

My competencies include Adobe Frame Maker, RoboHelp, SnagIt, MS Office, and Adobe Photoshop. I also bring with myself knowledge of Flare, HTML, XML, and ASP.

Apart from all these I see myself as a very friendly person. I love to be updated with all the latest technical innovations. My hobbies include listening to music, swimming and other outdoor sports.
