About Me:
I've been a technical communicator for 20 years and member of STC for same. After contracting various gigs up and down the east coast, I decided to settle down in 2002 to a "captured" opportunity in southeastern Pennsylvania and take advantage of such niceties as a fixed number of days of vacation and health insurance.

Hi Bruce,

The last message I got from you was on June 13th (I think), but no, the videos didn't make it. The only one I got was the ribbon-cutting ceremony :>)

I did get the photo I took of you and the Governor - it looks great!

Lori,

Did you get all 3 Ed vids? I was looking at them yesterday and they're great. You should have them all. Did you receive them at your end? If not, I'll resend them. Let me know.

Content Management – A blessing and a curse or how I became overhead…

As I sit here in Bora Bora, I can finally take a breath. It’s 6 pm. I have been trying since 5 pm to tear myself away from my cube so that I could take a few minutes to clarify my thoughts regarding our Content Management System. Lest you think I am sitting on a [...]

You can keep your customers satisfied by knowing them better and serving up the most appropriate content in the form that suits them best.
