Hello! You can say I still have ties to UCF. I'm an alumni and have done contract work for them in the past. I'm a senior member of the Society for Technical Communication (STC), Orlando Chapter, http://www.STC-orlando.org, and am acquainted with the current treasurer, who currently works for UCF. I also keep in touch with my former professor and dean of the English Department, Dr. Dan Jones. Additionally, I live about 15 minutes away from the university. I was very impressed with the project you created for UCF, as well as with your company, Aptara, and am interested in learning more about what you do.

A little clarification is in order for chocoholics. I haven't been able to figure out how to embed photos in comments, so I've uploaded a graphic from www.wilburbuds.com

The Hershey Kiss is a pale imitation - yes it was an imitation - of the Wilbur Bud, made with some of the finest chocolate on the market today.

Hi David. It's a long road with MS. There has been some response, but I believe in the long run they'll respond to customers like you who write and tell them what you want and how decisions like removing VBA from Office 2008 impact your business. On the MathML front, it looks like IE 8 will be more MathML-capable. We'll have to wait and see what exactly that means, but it should be good.

I'll have to try them. I think my all-time favorite is Teuscher...I was in Zurich for a conference last year, and the tram went right by the Teuscher store.

Let's just say when they asked me what I was bringing back into the U.S., it was quite embarrassing....

Uh, docs? They're doing fine. With our focus on XML implementation, we're crazy-busy right now.

Content Management – A blessing and a curse or how I became overhead…

Serving Multiple Touch-points – Old School Tricks

As the old adage goes, “It costs more to find a customer than to keep a customer”.
