Job Title:
Documentation Manager
Company Name:
Siemens PLM Software Inc.
About Me:
Currently documentation Manager for the Parasolid group of products.

I have nearly 17 years of industry experience, the majority of which has been in API documentation, though with a range of "softer" software and hardware writing as well.

Currently working as a lone technical writer looking after a number of API toolkit products, and trying to find the resources to be able to adopt DITA. Have been trying for nearly 3 years though -- when you're on your own it isn't easy!

Best Practices of Global Production Information

Now, more than ever, organizations need to effectively communicate global product information if they are to operate successfully on the world stage. Traditionally, though, organizations have faced a fragmented landscape of technology solutions that are bolted together, but don’t work together. Organizations have had to integrate these technologies themselves and cope with the resulting overhead.
It doesn’t have to be like this. Read our new whitepaper, Best Practices of Global Product Information to find out how you can streamline and enhance the processes you use of communicate global product information.
