Company Name:
Lawson Software
About Me:
I'm a people manager and technical writer working with my team to build and improve our single-sourced content development environment. We author mainly in XML and MSOffice products and manage most of our content in a CMS. I have a strong interest in online help architecture and usability. We're using Eclipse Infocenters for online help as well as home-grown systems. I'm interested in exploring the potential of open standards such as DITA and Web 2.0.
