About Me:: I manage my own documentation team and process. I use home-grown tools integrated with the DITA Open Toolkit to produce an instant on-demand online documentation delivery system tightly coupled to a dynamically-changing application.

I have over 13 years of experience in Technical Communications: I have authored hundreds of documents and online help systems in the areas of Computer Software and Hardware, engineering, Instructional Design, and Internal Process. As well as my knowledge of content creation, I have created and modified several documentation processes, including instituting single-sourcing and content-reuse environments. Of course, I am familiar with all major tools and authoring environments. I am excited at the possibilities that using XML and XSLT bring to the content creation world.
