Chip has over 20 years experience working with content management tools. While at Xerox Corporation's software group in the late-1990s, he provided technical sales consulting for XML content management support for direct and channel sales efforts. Chip has held management positions in sales, product marketing, training, course development and technical writing at Astoria Software, Document Management Solutions, Harlequin, XyEnterprise and Agfa Corporation. He received his bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts Technology, Business Emphasis, from Northern Illinois University.
